Early-access conditions

Early access allows real shops to test workflows, report errors, and help confirm which features provide value before general commercial sale.

• Design, navigation, names, and feature placement.
• Proposed limits, plans, and preview prices.
• Integrations and experimental features, especially those that create external costs.
• Technical requirements and supported devices.

We will not intentionally reduce a business's access or begin charging without reasonable advance communication and separate acceptance where appropriate.

Luzdara tests, monitors incidents, and fixes failures, but this stage may include errors or interruptions. Users should review important data, maintain copies of critical information, and report problems through Support.

A feature that may generate third-party charges must remain disabled for external businesses unless expressly enabled with credits or a spending limit. Early access does not authorize any business to create charges for the platform owner.

The business continues to own its content. It may use available exports and request help closing the workspace. Some export features may still be under development, so we recommend retaining original critical documents.

Before activating billing, Luzdara will communicate final plans, price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, start date, and cancellation. Viewing prices on the plans page or accepting these conditions does not constitute payment authorization.
