Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to accept these terms. If you create an account for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Protect your credentials and do not share one account among multiple people.
• The owner manages team invitations, roles, and access.
• Notify Support of any suspected unauthorized access.

The business retains its rights in customers, quotes, orders, designs, files, and other content it uploads. It grants Luzdara the limited authorization needed to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate, protect, and improve the service.

The business must have authority to enter third-party personal data and files and is responsible for messages, quotes, promotions, and documents it sends through Luzdara.

You may not use Luzdara to:

• Violate laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or anti-spam rules.
• Upload malware, attempt to bypass permissions, or access another business's data.
• Send deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Resell, copy, or reverse engineer the platform except where expressly permitted by law.

When a business uses email or SMS, it must obtain and retain required consent, identify the sender, and honor opt-outs. Luzdara may block features that create cost or legal risk. External providers may apply their own rules and limits.

Billing is not active during the current early-access period. Displayed prices are a preview and do not authorize charges. Before activating a paid plan, Luzdara will present the price, cycle, start date, and cancellation method for separate acceptance.

We work to keep Luzdara available and protect data, but errors, maintenance, or changes may occur during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes when practical.

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or stop unauthorized costs. The owner may stop using the service and request export or deletion through Support, subject to legal duties, security needs, and temporary backups.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties. Luzdara is not responsible for business decisions, indirect loss, business content, or failures caused by the internet or external providers. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
